Do you ship internationally?

EU: We are based near Dusseldorf, Germany and currently ship to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Portugal, and Ireland. 

USA: Orders shipped to the United States have all duties and import taxes included. Customers will not be charged any additional duties or taxes upon delivery.

Non-EU: We also ship to Switzerland and Norway. Please note that VAT and any import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected upon delivery by local authorities.

If you prefer to have VAT and import taxes collected and paid upfront, you can place your order through our Etsy store for deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, and the UK.

How long is the shipping and what is the cost?

We charge only one shipping fee per address, no matter how much you order.

EU (DHL Warenpost International) – 5.99€: 3-5 business days

USA (DHL Kleinpaket + USPS Smartmail Expedited) – 9.99€: 8-14 business days

 

Express Shipping

Germany (DHL Express) – 12.99€: next business day

EU (DHL Express) – 15.99€: 1-2 business days

USA (Express) – 39.99€: 3-5 business days

USA (Premium Express) – 79.99€: 1-3 business days
