2. Deposit & Research
After a sourcing deposit, we begin our research. Using our network of markets, dealers, warehouses, and local sources across Northern Europe, we search for pieces that match your brief.
3. Curation
We present a selected shortlist with photographs, descriptions, dimensions, condition notes, and pricing, helping you compare options and make informed decisions.
4. Sourcing
Once you've chosen your pieces, we handle negotiations, purchasing, collection, and any restoration or preparation required before shipment.
5. Storage & Shipping
We coordinate storage, professional packing, and worldwide shipping, ensuring your pieces arrive safely and ready for their next chapter.
Pricing

Minimum purchase value of €5,000 per project.
Sourcing Fee
€300-2000
A deposit is paid upfront to begin the search and is fully deducted from our acquisition fee upon a successful purchase.
Commission
15-20%
Calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price and agreed before sourcing begins. Transparent and straightforward.
Example
For a €10,000 acquisition, an 18% acquisition fee would bring the total investment to €11,800. A €500 multi-item sourcing deposit starts the search and is fully deducted from the acquisition fee upon purchase. The remaining acquisition fee due would be €1,300.
