A sourcing service for businesses that need larger quantities of vintage and antique inventory. From live market sourcing and purchasing to consolidation, shipping, and ready-to-use content, we manage the entire process from brief to delivery.
How It Works
1. Consultation
Tell us about your project, inventory requirements, budget, and timeline. We'll review your brief and confirm whether we're the right sourcing partner for your needs.
2. Deposit & Planning
After a sourcing deposit, we build an acquisition plan around upcoming antique markets, local dealer networks, warehouse visits, and estate clearances.
3. Live Sourcing & Purchasing
We either source independently based on your approved brief or share photographs and videos in real time via WhatsApp, allowing you to select pieces directly from markets and warehouses.
4. Storing & Packaging
Inventory sourced from multiple locations is consolidated into a single shipment, stored, and professionally packaged.
5. Shipping
We coordinate international freight, documentation, customs requirements, and delivery, ensuring your order arrives safely and efficiently.
6. Ready-to-use-Content
To support online sales and marketing, we can provide photo and video content for social media, together with dimensions and item descriptions where required, helping reduce preparation time.
Pricing
MOQ
€5,000 purchase value
Minimum purchase value of €5,000 per project.
Sourcing Fee
from €750
A deposit is paid upfront to begin the search and is fully deducted from our acquisition fee upon a successful purchase.
Commission

Example
For a €10,000 acquisition, an 18% acquisition fee would bring the total investment to €11,800. A €500 multi-item sourcing deposit starts the search and is fully deducted from the acquisition fee upon purchase. The remaining acquisition fee due would be €1,300.
